Bluetooth Permission: The App needs to search for, connect to, and control your tennis ball machine using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. When you first use features related to the ball machine, the App will request access to your device's Bluetooth. You can enable or disable this permission at any time in your device's settings.
Location Permission (iOS 13 and above only): On iOS systems, scanning for Bluetooth devices typically requires location permission. This is because Bluetooth scanning can be used to infer your location. Therefore, when you first attempt to search for a ball machine, the App may request "Allow While Using App" access to your location. Please note that the App itself does not collect or store your location data. This permission is solely required to allow the Bluetooth scanning functionality to operate normally. You can manage this permission in your device settings (e.g., choose "Never" or "Allow While Using App").
Device Information: To identify and maintain a connection with your ball machine, the App may collect and process your ball machine's device name, unique identifier (such as UUID or MAC address), and connection status information. This information is stored locally on your device only for connection management during App runtime and is not uploaded to any server.
Background Operation: The App supports maintaining the Bluetooth connection with the ball machine while the screen is off (in the background) to ensure you can continuously control the ball machine without operating your phone (e.g., pausing the feed). When the App is in the background, Bluetooth functionality continues to operate, but the App itself does not actively collect any new data.

2. Use of Information
We use the aforementioned information solely for the following purposes:

To provide you with the functionality to search for, connect to, and control the tennis ball machine.
To maintain and optimize the Bluetooth connection.
To respond to user commands.

We will not use your information for any other purposes, including advertising or analytics.
3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to any third party. As the App does not collect personal information, data is also not shared with any service providers.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data related to the App (such as paired ball machine information) is stored locally on your iOS device only. We do not upload this data to the cloud or any remote servers. You can delete this locally stored information by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data.
